Terms of use
DVC Drop lists discounted, already-confirmed Disney Vacation Club reservations held by third-party rental providers. We are an index, not a broker — every booking is made with the provider that holds the reservation.
What DVC Drop is
We collect publicly listed confirmed reservations from rental providers and present them in one place so they can be compared. That is the entire service.
We are not a rental broker, travel agent or tour operator. We do not own, hold or control any reservation. We take no payment, hold no deposits, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider.
Bookings happen with the provider
When you follow a listing you leave this site. The provider sets the price, takes payment, confirms the reservation and handles changes and cancellations under their own terms. Read those terms before you pay anything. Any dispute about a booking is between you and that provider.
Listing accuracy
Listings are gathered from providers and can change or disappear at any time — often within hours. We refresh regularly, but we do not warrant that any price, date, room type or availability shown here is current or correct. Always confirm the details with the provider before booking.
Sample data
While the site is in preview, some or all listings shown are illustrative sample data rather than real inventory, and are labelled as such where they appear. Do not rely on sample listings as offers. Photography accompanying a listing may be representative of the resort rather than the specific room.
Referral fees
We may earn a referral or affiliate fee when a booking follows a link from this site. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not affect the order in which listings appear — the board is ranked by the filters and sort you choose, not by what pays us.
Independence from Disney
DVC Drop is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or Disney Vacation Club. Resort names are used descriptively to identify the property a reservation is for.
Acceptable use
Use the site for personal, non-commercial trip planning. Do not scrape, republish or resell the content, attempt to disrupt the service, or misrepresent your relationship with us.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVC Drop is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from any booking you make with a provider, including a reservation that is cancelled, changed, or turns out to differ from its listing.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
